Café Apostrophe to SOHO Coffee Co.

Background:

Cafe Apostrophe, opened its first store in Shoreditch in 2001 and has grown to 23 locations across central London and Gatwick and Heathrow airports. In 2016 SOHO Coffee Co. entered into a joint venture with CH&Co Group, centred on the contract caterer’s Apostrophe chain.

Objectives:

SOHO Coffee Co. acquired the Apostrophe sites across London and UK Airports and planned to refit and remodel each store into the SOHO Coffee Co. brand. 

Actions:

apt delivered simple co-branded transitional material such as clearly written leaflets, posters and business cards enabling customers to understand the company transition whilst also offering special in-store promotions for the re-opening date several weeks later.

Results:

A satisfied customer base attracting new, regular and current customers of all ages and demographics.
