This week is #AntiBullyingWeek and with the help of Youth Charity Fixers, this young Cheltenham lad has put himself front and centre. Carney Bonner, 20, has compiled a handbook, workshop and training steps to help prevent cyber-bullying in a bid to support others. Carney, who was bullied online himself has vowed to help other young people and is working with teachers to offer support and advice.
