WP Healthcare Brand

Background:

The Walker Pritchard brand is a successful and established full-service practice of professional Chartered Quantity Surveyors and Cost Managers. They specialise in the Cost Management of Construction and its related activities across a wide field including private clients, public bodies, retail and social housing. In 2013 it was identified that a specialist sector had the opportunity to grow thanks to new Government legislation that made Doctors and healthcare professionals responsible for managing the upkeep and development of the healthcare environment - WP Healthcare was developed to respond to this need.

Objectives:

To develop a strong brand identity that stands out in the marketplace and conveys experience, expertise and specialisation.

Actions:

We worked with the team at Walker Pritchard to understand the specialised services that WP Healthcare provide, their approach to potential customers - mostly GPs and managers of healthcare environments - and their differentiators within the sector. Initially we presented concepts for a new logo, plus a suite of marketing collateral and stationery designs were presented to the client, and once designs were approved we created a comprehensive brand manual to create rules and guidance on maintaining the integrity of this new brand. 

Results:

This new brand has been well received by the client and their customers.
