We combine strategic planning, practical training, and hands-on crisis management to ensure you are ready before, during, and after a crisis.

What we deliver: Crisis communications planning, crisis messaging and content development, media and spokesperson training, real-time crisis management and support, full crisis debrief and reset.

The Prep + Protect package

Our Prep + Protect Crisis Communications package is specifically tailored to each organisation’s size, risk profile, and needs. As a guide, fees start from £6,000 and include:

• Planning and crisis manual creation (including full risk assessment and scenario planning)
• Holding statement drafts and internal communications plans
• Social media guidelines
• Half day media training
• 5 hours of Director time for crisis or critical friend support to use at your discretion

Prep + Protect clients also benefit from a reduced hourly rate for real-time crisis support, including out of hours help.

apt Protection Pot

A monthly fee that builds up to 20 hours a year of Director time across marketing and communications in the event of a real-time crisis or if you need a strategic critical friend to navigate difficult decisions.

For Prep + Protect clients, this gives additional peace of mind and enhances the work already done in preparing for crises. For everyone else, think of it like reputation insurance for your business – you hope you never need us, but it’s nice to know we’re there!
