After seeing the restaurant’s Facebook offer to create a spontaneous marital ceremony for lucky customers this year, friends of a couple who were engaged for over a year decided to go ahead and plan the risky surprise for the pair.
What the couple thought to be a complimentary meal turned out to be a shotgun wedding, complete with a jazz band, confetti and a pretty extensive buffet for guests.
The restaurant is now looking to license a number of its restaurants to become wedding venues following the success of the stunt, and the campaign’s message “Good times. Together,” has us tempted to sign up.
