APT Academy- Amelia Bywater

Walking into the APT Marketing office, I was greeted with a warm welcome and smiles, my immediate nerves disappeared. They made me feel at ease straightaway. 
When I was first looking into completing a work experience week with APT, I was not expecting to enjoy and learn as much as I did. I have completed work experience with other agencies and the knowledge I have gained through APT stands out, I have left like I have really learned some skills that I can use in the future. 
I begin a media and communications course at university in September and the on-the-job skills I have learned with APT will make a huge difference in the quality of my work and understanding. The longer I spent with the team the more confident I became. The one-to-one mentoring with each of the amazing staff members was great, it meant that I was able to see my potential.
