Freeze And Accept Our Ice Cream

Have you ever heard of the vehicle code 339472? No? Well that’s probably because the code was completely made-up for Walls’ latest marketing promotion ‘#GoodbyeSerious’ where they claimed it is  now compulsory to eat ice-cream whilst driving.

The law-appointed authority cops of Quincey, California pulled over unsuspecting citizens last week only to fire the  vehicle code question at them, and you’re going to love what happened next!

As part of the same campaign, Walls also decided to bring out the inner child of people in Columbia by planting a see-saw inspired bench. At the press of a button the machine would tilt side to side, creating some awkward, yet funny situations between those being pranked.

The fun didn’t stop there though, with numerous tweets being posted on their official Twitter feed and this cracking one minute video on their YouTube channel.

Walls Goodbye Serious

These stunts are all part of the ‘Goodbye Serious campaign’ that aims to take a fresh approach to how they position themselves by giving the nation an opportunity to take a break from the serious side of life this summer.

Putting all the ingredients together Wall’s has created a fantastic, well blended cross-channel campaign that will no doubt help drive awareness of its already well-renowned brand; but also aid in enhancing people perceptions of their products through such light-hearted prankvertising.

We must stress, though this is a fabulous campaign we don’t encourage people to eat ice-creams whilst driving.
