Happy End Of The World Love Lynx

As the end of the world fast approaches, Lynx has released a new marketing campaign to ‘celebrate’; creating an extremely clever advert, Lynx re-enacts a modern day version of Noah’s Ark. Starting with scenes of panic (as you would!) about the world ending, the advert progresses to show images of a laid back man building a wooden boat -a replica of Noah’s. The wooden sculpture includes various useful objects such as a sound system, a gym and a pole to dance on, ‘essentials’ for the species to continue. The character “modern day Noah” then sprays his ‘final edition’ Lynx and in come the girls, two by two, following the scent.

To coincide with the TV advert, Lynx has created a webpage dedicated to the end of the world,  including  a countdown, accurate to the second, of when the world will end (if they’re right, then we may not even get a chance to publish our last apocalypse post on Friday). Have one last request? Use the website to take advantage of the “request generator” where you can ask for one last thing before the world ends; you can create your own, but Lynx understands that this maybe difficult and have helped out by offering a range of keywords such as ‘mud wrestling’, ‘party’ and ‘eat’ to choose from. If a final request can’t be thought of, inspiration can be gathered from others as they appear on the page.

What would your last request be?
