Marketing Tricks For Your Treats Part 1

Halloween is just round the corner and houses and businesses around the town are decorating for parties and trick or treaters; this of course excludes the pitch black ones that refuse to acknowledge the occasion and pretend they’re simply not at home. Sound familiar? These different Halloween traditions are also prevalent in marketing methods.

Your Website:

Your website is vital to your businesses success, and it is important that your site stands out and encourages visitors to stay on it. If you have no appeal, and choose to be the house with dark windows, visitors will know not to bother visiting again.

Users of your website want to leave feeling successful, full of treats that other sites aren’t offering; use features such as scrolling social network feeds, blogs, rotating banners and eye catching colour and images to draw the visitors’ attention. Engage with them, then leave them wanting more to guarantee they return again.

Top tip: Don’t be hidden away in the darkness; do your best to stand out and leave your visitors wanting more!

Look out for part 2 coming tomorrow!
