Marketing Tricks For Your Treats Part 2

Yesterday we looked at websites and today we look at communicating with your audience.

Communication:

Communicating well with clients is essential for good business.  There are many businesses that leave communication to emails and voicemail messages. This is similar to those people that leave a bowl of sweets on the porch for trick or treaters to help themselves to on Halloween. Instead of answering the door to visitors they just sit and watch TV all night thinking children will only take one sweet each. This will almost always leave you with an empty bowl!

Making time to meet or speak with your clients on a regular basis will benefit your business whether it’s in the form of client retention or new business. These kinds of companies wouldn’t dream of leaving an unattended bowl of treats on the porch, they would answer the door to each and every trick or treater, admire everyone’s costumes and personally hand out sweets.

Top tip: Don’t keep your clients in the dark - make sure you’re easy to contact!

Look out for part 3 coming tomorrow!
