In a bid to promote the launch of Polycell’s new Quick Drying Polyfilla Spray, the company takes a look at bum cleavage in their new campaign with 18 Feet & Rising. The ad, which will be launched online next week, demonstrates how the new spray can be used to fill unsightly cracks (excuse the pun!) with the infamous ‘builders bum’ being considered. It seems a punning opportunity so good that we’re actually surprised it hasn’t been exploited before!
Samantha Balloch, Senior Brand Manager for Polycell said; ‘We are delighted to launch this integrated campaign to support the launch of new Polycell Quick Drying Poliyfilla Spray. Many consumers perceive the job of preparing surfaces prior to decorating as a chore.
‘With this campaign we want to demonstrate how easy it is to fill cracks around the home, whilst bringing some humour and fun into this generally quite functional arena by using a topic that almost every person can relate to.’
Polycell have actually designed special underpants for both men and women to put a stop to ‘unsightly cracks’ once and for all, after 55% of British adults admitted in a survey to accidentally showing their backsides in public. From those surveyed, men appear the biggest culprits, with a staggering 61% admitting to inadvertently exposing their derrieres; 47% of women confess that they are also guilty of showing off their bottoms.
Take a look at the video below, although if you’re about to tuck into your lunch, we advise you to give this one a miss for now!
