Reasonstosmile Campaign Launched By Zizzis To Help Boost Moods Of The Nation This January

Italian restaurant Zizzi’s has launched a new campaign to try and help boost the moods of the Nation this January. People are on the usual post-Christmas January diet and are starting new exercise regimes to help shift those extra Christmas calories. A few of us here in the apt office have given up chocolate and all things calorific, alongside new fitness regimes which are already becoming depressing, as the temptation for all things delicious kicks in. This is especially true when our clients bring us treats, we just can’t say no! Couple this with the fact that last Monday was named ‘Blue Monday’, the most depressing day of the year, and perhaps the nation does need a little mood booster throughout January.

Zizzi’s has anticipated the annual depression sweeping the nation and has used it to their advantage by launching a #ReasonsToSmile campaign. Zizzi staff have been given a ‘smile course’ proving it is good for you, and now the ‘Zizzi smile makers’ are giving out free samples of food made with mood boosting ingredients. Their aim is to prove that you can still enjoy delicious food that makes you feel great! The supporting hashtag has been launched via on Twitter asking people to tweet #ReasonsToSmile. One user a day that has a good reason to smile will win one of the prizes that Zizzi’s are giving away in the competition. A different prize is up for grabs every day throughout January.

Mood boosting ingredients are a perfect excuse to eat delicious food and the smile makers a nice touch to cheer up the nation-Good thinking Zizzi’s!
